If you are a preacher for a congregation of the church of Christ in the State of Alaska, we encourage you to meet with other preachers from around the state for this annual retreat. This year, the Anchorage congregation will host this event. You will find this to be a refreshing and beneficial tine spent in prayerful consideration of tssues that you face.

Our Men's Retreat takes place at Birchwood Camp just a short drive from Anchorage. You may choose to stay the night in heated cabins furnished with beds and hot showers.

The retreat features a guest speaker, s delicious dinner, a talent show, hours of spiritual thinking, and wonderful Christian fellowdhip.

You will get to know men you've deen at worship and meet men who are new to your acquaintence.We encourage teenaged boys 9th grade and up to attend.

Make your plans now to attend. You will find registration forms on the table in the foyer of the church building.

Today begins the Summer Quarter of our Bible Class Program and will go through Wednesday, September 3.

Adults, if you have not alreasy done so, check the hallway doors to see the options for this new quarter. Two-year-old children who turned three during the spring quarter will now go to thw three-year-old class. All other children will remain in their current classes.

Several months of winter weather takes its toll on MSBC and camp needs a lot of tender loving care to have camp ready to open for that fitst group of precious little campers. They are getting really excited and we won't dissapoint them.

The kitchen must be cleaned and stocked. Equipment mudt be checked out. Trails must be cleared.The new bridge needs more work done on it. Ans there is always road work to be done.

We need men, women, and teens in order to accomplish our task. This is the first of several work days and it is a labor of love. Pleade consider joining in on this really rewarding project..
