The Women's Activity Committee organizes two to three ladies' nights where the women have an opportunity for fellowship, a devotional, and incorporating the Secret Prayer Sister Program.
They organize some craft days for the ladies to come learn new crafts or work on current ones they are involved in.
They also organize a Holiday Tea and Ornament Exchange the first of December.

Quilters' Retreat at MSBC
The Piece Makers of the Anchorage Church of Christ will host a retreat at Midnight Sun Bible Camp this weekend.

Baby Shower for Amanda Thiel
Chris and Amanda Thiel's baby's anticipated birthdate is February 23. That means this precious little one gets to attend it's own shower!
The event will be Tuesday, March 16, at 7:00 at the home of Verneta Wallace. At this writing we do not yet know where Amanda is registered. We will add that information just as soon as we know it.
Morning Worship in English & ASL
The congregation meets together to worship our Lord each Sunday morning and again in the evening. We invite you to join us so that we can meet you and tell you how happy we are to have you with us.
Hiland Bible Study
Hiland Mountain Correctional Center is about 15 minutes away from Anchorage and houses women who are incarcerated. Every Saturday Marianna Olson and/or other volunteers go to meet with women for a Bible study. About 15 women usually attend.
This class uses the NewLife Behavior curriculum, which was written especially for men and women are are in prison. It has proven to be very effective in helping to change the lives of those who want to follow a different path from the one that took them to prison
