Tonight we will have a different Wednesday  schedule than we normally do. Rather than Bible classes, we will have the following:

Christ's Ambassadors Graduation

Dessert Fellowship for All

We invite and encourage everyone to bring a dessert to share, stay and observe the graduation, and then enjoy the refreshments.

June 27 is the deadline for turning in Primary Week Registration forms. If faxed into the office, they must arrive by 8:00 AM on Monday, June 28.

Primary Week, July 5-9, is for those who have finished grades 1- 3.

As of Friday, June 25, there are 16 boys and 18 girls' spots still open.

Camp fees must be paid before campers board the buses to go to camp.

There will be no exceptions made to the deadline or payment requirements.

In order to be able to continue the work at Midnight Sun Bible Camp, the elders have set aside today for a Special Camp Contribution. This is above and beyond our regular contribution. Please prayerfully consider how you can help finance the camp.

This evening our elders and ministers will make a presentation to our 2010 graduating seniors. We are all really proud of these young men and women and hope you will stay to enjoy this presentation.

Our monthly Welcome/Farewell Fellowship dinner will follow the presentation.

Tonight's mid-week Bible class is the last class of the fall quarter. This coming Sunday, December 5, is the first class of the winter quarter.

Teachers, be sure to put away all of the supplies you've been using this quarter and leave your room nice and neat for the winter quarter teachers.

Each year a great Thanksgiving Feast takes place here at the church building. The menu is the usual Thanksgiving fare with each family choosing what they want to bring to share with others that attend. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun and fellowship.

The building will be open at 10:00 to make time for preparations here. We''ll eat around 1:00, play games the rest of the afternoon, then probably eat again before leaving later in the evening.

If this sounds like the kind of day you'd like to have, just see the list on Judy's office door and indicate what food you'll bring. Don't forget to bring a game or two and plan to have a wonderful time. You can stay as late as you choose. Just be sure to take your dishes home.

Today is a special day! Besides being the Lord's Day, it is also  Promotion Day! So, what exactly does that mean? Does every child move up to a new class? Here's the answer . . .

All children now in the Babies through Two-year-olds classes will remain in these classes

Child that turn four after September 1, this year will remain in the 3s & 4s' class until Promotion Day next year. Those who turned four years old on or before September 1 of this year will go into the Pre-kindergarten class in room 8a. 

Wow! Summer is over and here it is time for Family Camp. Where did the time go?

Come join us in one of the most beautiful places on earth as we say "good-bye to summer" and "hello to fall." Family Camp is a laid back time when families enjoy one anothers' company and do pretty much what they want to do. The schedule is light and we all simply enjoy ourselves in an atmosphere of Christian friendship and fellowship.

Everyone takes a turn at cooking and cleaning up after that meal. We will have a devotional Friday and Saturday nights and worship Sunday morning. Other than that, each family plans its activities to suit themselves. And it's all for a minimal cost. Don't miss this wonderful opportunity for fun and relaxation before the school year begins.
